Return / Refund Policy
Due to the fragile nature of fresh flowers, once an order has been delivered in good condition, it cannot be returned and is not eligible for a refund.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any return or refund request at our sole discretion.
If a refund is applicable, it will be processed through the original mode of payment and may take 10 to 45 days, depending on the policies of the issuing bank or payment provider.
